One of the Most Feared Complications of Atrial Fibrillation is a Stroke…

One of the most feared complications of atrial fibrillation (afib) is a stroke. In fact, you are five times more likely to have a stroke if you have a history of afib.

If you think you are having a stroke, you need to act FAST!!

Too many people with a history of cryptogenic stroke (stroke of unknown cause) are only found to have afib after the fact. Don’t let this be you!!

If you or a loved one has symptoms of atrial fibrillation, make an appointment for a health checkup. You may be referred to a doctor like me trained in cardiac arrhythmias, called an Electrophysiologist.

You are not alone!!

Stay tuned for more to come!
