Patient Testimonial

"I am really enjoying the program and so far, I haven't missed a session. I am taking one on one classes 3 times a week, 1-2 group exercise, and 1-2 group education classes each week. I even started back on my bike and treadmill. I am a little over half way through the program and am enjoying the variety of exercises provided and ca tell I have gotten stronger, endurance has improved, balance is improved, as well as overall energy. Over the next couple of days my wife and I are going hiking which I haven't been able to do lately. I am extremely pleased with the program and the results I am getting."

" I recently completed your virtual heart rehab program. It was fantastic. At first, I was skeptical when my cardiologist first told me about the program, but the alternative was an hour drive each way to an in-person rehab. The educational opportunities were very good, and I really appreciated them. Each teacher was knowledgeable and open to questions. They were professional, yet friendly. Most of my praise goes to my "personal" trainer. She was extremely professional and comforting. She was concerned for my wellbeing, while also motivating and encouraging. At the end of the program, she told me I had done great, but her encouragement is what drove me to do great."
