Britney developed a desire to work in Human Resources through experience in management and has now been in the field for 6 years. She has a passion for understanding organizations from the inside out to partnering with business leaders to build and drive human capital.

"I initially joined CVAM in 2011 in the front office and later returned in 2022 after pursuing a career in HR. I strive to build relationships with my team and provide guidance based on my years of experience."

Outside of work, Britney enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a daughter who is her world, together they love visiting the beach and mountains. She and her family try to spend as much time as possible outside during the cool months.
