HISTORY

As an innovative leader in cardiovascular medicine, CVAM has three offices strategically located throughout the East Valley of Arizona.  We began our journey as Cardiovascular Associates of Mesa with a single office in Mesa in 2004.  Due to our unparalleled success in the local medical community, we quickly expanded our reach with convenient offices in Queen Creek and Gilbert.  We chose to shorten our name to CVAM and continue to deliver the best cardiology care available.

HEART FAILURE CLINIC

The Heart Failure Clinic at CVAM provides specialized care and education for patients diagnosed with heart failure, helping them to understand their condition and how to optimally manage their health. With enrollment in the heart failure clinic, we strive to help patients control their heart failure, reach personalized goals, and avoid hospitalizations.

DEVICE CLINIC

Our medical device clinic adds convenience to multi-annual device checks. During the clinic, patients work with our skilled technicians, as well as representatives from the top device companies, to assure they are monitored for any signs of device replacement, patient-initiated reprogramming and signs of malfunction. Our goal is to provide the patient with the most current management techniques while insuring safe, compassionate care.

VEIN CLINIC

The Vein Clinic at our Baywood office offers comprehensive, specialized care for patients with venous and vascular conditions. Our team provides education to help patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and long-term vein health. In addition to minimally invasive outpatient procedures such as VenaSeal and Varithena, we also provide sclerotherapy and personalized compression therapy.
