Patricia brings over a decade of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong specialization in cardiology since 2013. Throughout her career, she has held multiple leadership roles with a consistent focus on driving operational efficiency and enhancing practice performance. Before joining the CVAM team in May 2025, Patricia built a solid foundation in medical operations, quickly advancing through front office and billing leadership roles before ultimately serving as Practice Administrator.

Patricia is deeply committed to patient-centered care, with a strong emphasis on ensuring patients fully understand their benefits and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. She leads with compassion and clarity, guiding a team that shares her commitment to making each patient experience as seamless and informed as possible. Alongside the incredible team at CVAM, Patricia fosters a culture where operational excellence and genuine care go hand in hand, always putting the needs of the patient first.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and staying active in her community.
