Front Office Manager
Rebecca Franks joined our practice in October 2021. Through her current position as CVAM's Front Office Manager, she has ten plus years of experience in the medical field. During her time with CVAM she worked first as a Procedure Scheduler then Front Office Manager. In addition, she is a Licensed Nursing Assistant and certified in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS), as well.
Rebecca exhibits great compassion to clinical care. It is her motive that "patients come first". Placing smiles on patients faces and providing them the best experience is her top priority.
Born and raised in Arizona, Rebecca enjoys fishing, shopping, her two dogs and spending time with family. Rebecca continues her professional growth, she is goal oriented and always looking at ways to excel.
