Shanna McMullen joined the CVAM management team in May of 2019. As Billing Manager, she oversees the revenue cycle of our practice from start to finish. Working closely with the front office team, she ensures all billing questions are answered from start and throughout the insurance claim process. Shanna and her experienced billing department, work together to make sure that the information gathered from all sources is complete, accurate and that the patient experience, from a financial aspect, is seamless and secure.
Shanna comes to CVAM with over 13 years’ experience in medical billing and 16 years of supervisor and management experience. She also has extensive customer service knowledge and believes it is the foundation of a superior practice. With that said, she still looks forward to finding ways to enhance the overall customer experience.
Shanna is married with three very active children. She enjoys cheering on both her son’s at football games and rooting for her daughter at taekwondo tournaments. She is always looking for new experiences and fun places to explore with her husband and children. She’s a party planner at heart, and takes joy in planning all the families’ events and special occasions.
