COVID-19 Update

As you are no doubt aware, the COVID-19 virus is having a significant impact on many communities around the country. Our doctors and staff have been closely monitoring the situation – including the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health organizations.

We have developed a pro-active response plan that takes steps to ensure that we help protect the health and safety of our staff and patients:

  • Three of our locations remain open to Serve You – We plan to remain open to serve our patients and will notify you if there are any changes. We will be here to help you with your medical needs. There may be some variation in the hours in the coming weeks. Please call before making any unscheduled visits.
    • Our CHANDLER location will be temporarily closed to allow us to concentrate our resources in our other locations in Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. 
  • Your Appointment – At this time, other than our Chandler office, there is no disruption in our schedule and we look forward to serving you at your next appointment. If you have not yet scheduled your appointment, our staff is ready to assist you. If you need to modify your appointment for any reason, please contact us.
  • Commitment to Cleanliness and Safety – Our standard cleaning and sterilization procedures have always used EPA-certified cleansers and disinfectants to maintain the cleanliness of our offices and equipment. We practice universal precautions far beyond what the requirements for the virus are calling for. We will continue to be diligent in maintaining universal precautions. You can feel safe and secure in our office.
  • We are prescreening each patient via telephone prior to their appointment. After passing the prescreen check, we will do a temperature check prior to their actual appointment to ensure they remain healthy.  During this process, if a patient shows any signs of illness they will be recommended for our telemedicine program. Telemedicine allows health care professionals to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in remote locations using telecommunications technology. Telemedicine requires a patient to have a smartphone or device. The device must be able to download a HIPAA compliant app; pMD. If using an iPhone or iPad they can still FaceTime with our Providers and no app would be required.
  • Emergency Care Will Always be Available - We will always be available to address emergencies. A plan is in place to provide emergency care both in-person and via telemedicine.
