Choose one of the links above to learn more about the test you are scheduled for. If you have any questions about your test, do not hesitate to contact us. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Some tests require that you arrive 30 minutes early; your provider will let you know. All testing is currently done at our Main Office, on Arbor Avenue in Mesa.

If you need to cancel

Please call us at (480) 641-5400 to cancel a diagnostic test. Failure to cancel at least 24-hours in advance will result in a fee charged for any supplies that have been prepared for your exam.
